Dr. Bindal has strong family ties to Beaverton due to which she decided to move to Beaverton area after her Residency in New York. She currently lives in Beaverton Oregon with her family.

She received her medical degree from Sawai Man Singh Medical College affiliated to Rajasthan University, India in 2006. Dr. Bindal competed three year Internal Medicine residency from Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, New York, Affiliated to University Of Illinois Chicago from 2009 to 2012. She has received several awards during his medical education and residency training.
